The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) is a mandatory licensure exam conducted by the National Medical Commission (NMC) , India, for Indian citizens who have completed their medical degrees abroad. What is FMGE?

Conducted by: National Board of Examinations (NBE)
Mode: Online (Computer-based)
Eligibility: MBBS/MD equivalent degree from a recognized foreign university
Passing Criteria: Minimum 50% (150 out of 300 marks)
Frequency: Twice a year (June & December)
